    摘要:

    针对我校给排水科学与工程专业生产实习中存在的问题,基于工程教育认证理念的“成果导向”、“以学生为中心”、“持续改进”理念,从实习基地建设、实习管理强化、实习内容深化、实习指导教师队伍建设、课程考核评价完善等方面对生产实习教学进行了改革。强化校企合作,建立稳定的实习基地,利用实习仿真软件及生产实习影音资料库,线上线下相结合,加强实习管理,以培养目标和毕业要求为导向,深化实习教学内容,建立双导师制度,提高实习指导教师水平,深化拓展实习教学内容,建立毕业生质量跟踪反馈制度,持续改进生产实习教学。探索了基于工程认证教育理念的地方应用型高校的生产实习教学新模式并加以实践,提高了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,为学生毕业要求与培养目标达成达奠定了坚实的基础。

    Abstract:

    Based on the idea of engineering education accreditation such as "outcome oriented", "student centered" and "continuous improvement", the core curriculum “production practice” of water science and engineering specialty was reformed from the construction of practice base, strengthening practice management, deepening practice content, the construction of teaching staff, improvement of curriculum assessment and evaluation. By strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, several stable practice bases had been established. The online and offline teaching had been combined to strengthen the practice management through the use of practice simulation software and production practice audio-visual database. Based by training objectives and graduation requirements, the content of practice teaching had been deepened and expanded. The dual tutor system of school tutor and enterprise tutor had been established to ensure that students get better guidance. A quality tracking and feedback system for graduates had been established to continuously improve production practice teaching. A new mode of production practice teaching in local applied universities based on the concept of engineering certification education was explored and practiced, which improved students' ability to solve complex engineering problems and laid a solid foundation for achieving the graduation requirements and training objectives.
