内容：鼓励企业参与高校育人,深化产教融合,培养适应产业需要的、高素质应用型的人才已经成为现代高等教育发展的重要目标。但产学研用的育人模式还存在着培养方案缺乏协同、校企师资配合欠缺、企业参与动力不足和协同育人平台建设滞后等问题,需要构建课程体系、师资体系、培养方式、评价体系与构建协同平台相统一的育人机制。政府加大对产学研用的支持力度,继续鼓励企业参与高校育人并给予财政税收方面的优惠,同时还要引导高校科学确定学校办学定位。
