[摘要]
“交通强国”国家战略背景下,交通基础设施建设迫切需要以“两新一重”为指导,适应新时代智慧交通的要求。高校作为专业人才培养的主体,应根据国家战略和行业需求,鼓励交通运输工程各二级学科与其他学科交叉,推进交通运输工程专业向智能化、信息化方向靠拢,对研究生培养模式进行系统性改革。本文以现行培养体系存在的问题为切入点,总结了交通基础设施方向研究生应具备的核心能力;在此基础上,以课程体系、培养模式、学科交叉为支撑,以管理办法、导师团队、实践平台为保障,提出了智慧交通基础设施交叉方向研究生培养模式改革的构想。同时,指出了培养模式探索中可能存在的问题,为智慧交通基础设施交叉方向研究生培养提供了完善可行的方案。

Under the background of the national strategy of "building a powerful country with transportation", the construction of transportation infrastructure urgently needs to be guided by "two new and one heavy" to meet the requirements of intelligent transportation in the new era. As the main body of professional talents training, colleges and universities should encourage the two disciplines of transportation engineering to cross with other disciplines according to the national strategy and industry demand, push the transportation engineering specialty closer to the direction of intelligence and informatization, and systematically reform the postgraduate training mode. Based on the problems existing in the current training system, this paper summarizes the core competencies that postgraduates in transportation infrastructure should have. On this basis, supported by curriculum system, training mode and interdisciplinary, and guaranteed by management methods, tutor team and practice platform, this paper puts forward the idea of the reform of postgraduate training mode in the cross direction of intelligent transportation infrastructure. At the same time, it points out the possible problems in the exploration of the training mode, and provides a perfect and feasible scheme for the postgraduate training in the cross direction of intelligent transportation infrastructure.
