本文以华侨大学境外生“钢结构基本原理”的课程建设为例，对标教育部一流课程建设“双万计划”的“两性一度”标准，探讨侨校境外生一流课程建设的经验与教训，从融入课程思政、优化教学设计、富集教学资源和加强过程管理四个方面探索教学改革的实践，以期培养适应面向未来工程建设和地区经济建设需要的现代土木工程师，为提升境外生教育教学质量提供参考和借鉴。

Taking the course construction of "Basic Principles of Steel Structure" for overseas students in Huaqiao University as an example, this paper discusses the experience of the first-class course construction of overseas students in Huaqiao University. Four aspects were explored and practiced in teaching reform, including integrating curriculum ideological and political thinking, optimizing teaching design, enriching teaching resources and strengthening process management. The aim was to train modern civil engineers to meet the needs of future engineering construction and regional economic construction. The whole results could provide reference for education and teaching of overseas college students.
