在“新工科”建设背景下,培养学生的实践能力与创新能力对于创新型人才的培养至关重要。同济大学土木工程学院桥梁工程课组群近年来结合桥梁智能建造的发展趋势,紧扣桥梁工程建造领域的最新发展和热点问题,对生产实习模式进行了大胆改革,通过2017到2021年五个学年的实践,逐步形成了“实习主题前沿化、管理程序精细化、成果产出高效化、教学手段多样化”的生产实习教学新模式。新模式以学生发展为中心、成果多元产出为导向,探索精细化全程管控和考评方式,保障教学实习质量,促进学生收获多方面成果。自应用以来,新的实践教学模式受到学生和实习单位的广泛好评。

The new model of production internship teaching is centered on the development of students and the diversification of teaching methods. The new model is centered on student development, oriented to multiple outputs, and explores refined control and evaluation methods to ensure the quality of teaching internship and promote students" harvesting of multi-faceted results.
