专业型硕士学位研究生(简称“专硕”)培养模式应立足于学校学科专业水平和服务于地方经济发展的需求。基于学校人才培养服务理念和专硕培养目标,以所在学院土木工程专业专硕培养模式为研究对象,在国家专硕招生计划逐年增加和培养质量不断提高的背景下,分析总结了目前专硕招生和培养模式存在的现状—“重学硕、轻专硕”顽固难消、“一报多、调剂少”不稳且低、“理论深、实践浅”理念惯性和“校内紧、企业松”合力分流;结合学校隶属地土木工程专业整体发展水平和培养目标定位等因素,针对学校/学院专硕招生/调剂政策、论文选题和全过程思政育人、校内导师选拔及管理、企业导师遴选和考核等方面提出了具有一定可行性的措施和建议,并以笔者其中一名专硕研究生三年培养模式为案例进行了诠释,实践证明其培养模式效果反映良好,可为其他类似工科专业专硕培养模式提供一定的参考。

The training mode of professional master degree graduates (referred to as "professional master") should be based on the professional level of the school and serve the needs of local economic development. Based on the school's talent training concept and professional master training objectives, taking the training mode of professional master of civil engineering in the college as the research object, under the background of the annual increase of national professional master enrollment plan and the continuous improvement of training quality, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of enrollment and training of professional master—"emphasizing academic degree and neglecting professional degree" is stubborn,"the first choic more, less regulation" is unstable and low, the concept of "deep theory, shallow practice" is inertial and "Campus tight, enterprise loose" force split. In combination with the overall development level and training target orientation of the civil engineering major of the school, some feasible measures and suggestions are put forward in terms of school/college professional master enrollment/ transference policy, thesis topic selection and the whole process of ideological and political education, selection and management of campus tutors, selection and assessment of enterprise tutors, etc. The author interprets the three-year training mode of a professional master as a case to explain, years of practice has shown that the training effect is good, it can provide some references for other similar engineering professional master training mode.
