在中国城市建设由增量开发转向存量更新的背景下,建筑学教育也在积极回应,探索面向当下城市更新的教学方法与设计理念。近年来城市更新的主题在高年级设计教学中已成为讨论的热点,也成为毕业设计的高频选题。本文以名城四校联合毕业设计的一组教学成果为对象,首先分析其在教学过程中提出的基于图像学算法的“显像城市”概念,其中包括城市认知、城市显像模型建构及更新策略三个层级。在此基础上尝试通过城市像素化的操作生成包含物质与非物质要素的城市认知图像,建构西仓街区的显像城市模型。并提出从文化、业态及居住等不同层面上延续和丰富基地所在历史街区多元融合的地域性特征,在操作层面运用模型中正片叠底的设计方法介入场地,并激活西仓街区的城市活力,最后总结在设计中应建立并丰富应对数字信息时代转型下融合理性分析与感性认知的方法。新时期培养的建筑师作为城市更新的第一代原住民,应从真实的生活视角理解城市日常性。城市设计的内在要义是通过设计的介入对城市空间的复杂矛盾进行调和,因此需要修正传统的以培养职业建筑师为目标的教学理念,从唯设计论的技能专项能力培养转向跨领域跨学科的综合素质训练,重新理解新时期城市发展需求下建筑师的职业定位,这对于建筑学科的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Under the background of Chinese urban construction from incremental development to stock renewal, architectural education is also actively responding to explore the teaching methods and ideas for urban renewal. In recent years, urban renewal has become a hot discussion topic in design teaching of senior grade, and also a frequent topic of joint graduation design. This paper takes a part of the graduation project of "the Joint Graduation design of four Schools" as the object, analyzes the concept of "visualization city" based on image algorithm proposed in the teaching process, including three levels of urban cognition, urban visualization model construction and renewal strategy, tries to construct the visualization city model of Xicang block through the cognitive image containing material and non-material elements in the urban pixel operation. The strategy of continuing and enriching the regional characteristics of diversified integration of the base from the aspects of culture, business form and residence is put forward. Finally, the positive overlapping design is applied to activate the urban vitality of Xicang block at the specific operation level, and it is proposed that the method of urban cognition which integrates rational analysis and perceptual cognition should be established and enriched to cope with the transformation of digital information age. Architects in the new era, as the first generation of Aborigines in urban renewal, should understand urban constancy from the perspective of reallife. The inner meaning of urban design is to mediate the complexity and contradiction of urban space through the intervention of design. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the traditional teaching concept aiming at training professional architects, from the training of design-only skills and special abilities to cross-disciplinary comprehensive quality training, so as to re-understand the professional orientation of architects under the demand of urban development in the new era. This is of great significance to the sustainable development of architecture discipline.
