随着我国高校对硕士研究生招生规模的持续扩大,高校教育存在的弊端日益严重地凸显出来,硕士研究生解决实际问题能力难以满足企业、社会需求。现阶段,如何破解硕士研究生理论实践相割裂问题,将其培养成满足社会需求的人才,成为我国高校硕士研究生人才培养亟待解决的问题。案例教学和“干中学”人才培养方法虽在管理科学与工程硕士研究生人才培养中应用广泛,但因本身方法的限制性导致教学效果不尽人意。为实现破解高校硕士研究生理论实践相割裂的难题,本团队基于社会对高校毕业人才的需求内涵,秉持以需求引领、与行业同步的教育理念,提出一种新的人才培养模式——情境教学法升华的管理科学与工程硕士研究生的人才培养模式。该模式将案例教学和“干中学”人才培养方法有机结合在一起,以提升学生分析问题、解决问题能力为教学目的,培养学生满足社会需求为教学结果,采用建构主义理论探讨情境教学法升华的建构机理,探讨情景教学法升华的课程教学模式,精心设计“案例+情境+质疑+反思+归纳”五个教学环节,“课前、课初、课中、课后”四大教学情境,并采用系统动力学对该方法的人才培养模式进行仿真分析。系统动力学仿真结果表明:情境教学法升华能够将案例教学人才培养与“干中学”人才培养有机的结合在一起,将使得人才需求效果更加立竿见影。

With the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of master's degree students in China's colleges and universities, the shortcomings of college education are increasingly highlighted, and the ability of master's degree students to solve practical problems can hardly meet the needs of enterprises and society. At this stage, how to crack the problem of theoretical-practical fragmentation of master's students and cultivate them into talents to meet the needs of society has become a problem that needs to be solved in the cultivation of master's students in Chinese universities. Although the case teaching and "dry school" talent cultivation methods are widely used in the cultivation of master students in management science and engineering, the teaching effect is unsatisfactory due to the limitations of the methods themselves. In order to solve the problem of fragmentation between theory and practice of master's degree students, this team proposes a new talent cultivation mode - the talent cultivation mode of master's degree students in management science and engineering sublimated by contextual teaching method, based on the connotation of society's demand for talents graduated from universities and upholding the education concept of leading by demand and keeping pace with the industry. This model combines case teaching and the "learning by doing" method of talent cultivation, aims to improve students' ability to analyse and solve problems, cultivates students to meet the needs of society as the teaching result, adopts constructivist theory to explore the constructive mechanism of the sublimation of contextual teaching method, and explores the teaching mode of the sublimation of contextual teaching method. The five teaching links of "case + situation + questioning + reflection + induction" and the four teaching contexts of "before, at the beginning, during and after the class" are carefully designed, and system dynamics is used to simulate and analyse the talent cultivation mode of this method. The results of the system dynamics simulation show that the sublimation of the contextual teaching method can organically combine the case teaching talent cultivation with the "learning by doing" talent cultivation, which will make the effect of talent demand more immediate.
