工科专业课程思政无痕融入方法的探索与实践—以组合结构课程为例

    对于工科专业,专业课的课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量、落实立德树人根本任务的主要阵地。工科专业课程的普遍特点是理论难度大、专业知识多,显著增加了思政融入难度。在工科专业课程中无痕融入课程思政,对教师的教学设计、授课技巧、教学模式等均提出了新的挑战。组合结构课程是土木工程专业本科生与研究生教学的重要内容,但是组合结构理论复杂、形式多元,教学难度大。本文以“组合结构”专业课程为例,探讨在工科专业课的课程内容、实践教学、考核体系、教材建设等方面全方位无痕融入思政元素的方法与可行性,开展教学模式与教学方法改革以解决“学时少、内容多”的教学矛盾,阐述上述课程思政建设方案与改革措施在本科生与研究生组合结构专业课中实施的效果,以期为工科专业课题提供参考。

    Abstract:

    For the Engineering majors, the inclusion of ideological and political teaching in the subject courses is the main job to comprehensively improve the training quality of the high-level qualifiers and to implement the fundamental task of moral education. The subject courses in Engineering majors are commonly difficult to teach as the designing theory is complicated and the course content is heavy, which significantly increases the difficulty of including the ideological and political teaching. The traceless integration of the ideological and political teaching and the subject teaching raised high requirements on the teaching design ability, the teaching approaches and techniques, and the teaching mode, etc. The composite structures course is one of the important subject courses in both the undergraduate and postgraduate education of Civil Engineering. Yet the teaching difficulties of this course are fairly high due to the relatively difficult designing theory and the various structural and member forms. This paper takes the composite structure course for example to investigate the methods to include the ideological and political teaching in the subject course content, the practice teaching, the evaluation system, and the text book. The teaching mode and the teaching methods were also improved to solve the contradiction between the limited course hour and the massive course content. The course construction plan and the improved teaching measures were implemented in the subject courses of composite structures that delivered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students and their feasibility was evaluated.
