从创新创业教育与专业教育融合的角度,基于虚拟教研室的生成机理,分析了虚拟教研室下的学习共同体和教师动态成长模型,从而为界定本文研究的虚拟教研室功能提供理论依据。结合当前实际,构建了土木工程专业教育与创新创业教育融合下的虚拟教研室,并对其组织架构、功能及培养人才和师资的实施效果进行了分析和评估。

From the view of integrated education of innovative entrepreneurship and professional ability, the formation mechanism of virtual teaching research center in colleges and universities was analyzed. Based on these results, two models of team learning community and teacher"s dynamic growth was presented to support the development of virtual teaching reseach center in colleges and universities. Furthermore, the concept of virtual teaching research center was then provided for the intrgrated education of innovative entrepreneurship and professional ability. A virtual teaching research center was then constructed combined the cultivate of civil engineering professional ability and innovative entrepreneurship. The organizational frame and its function were also proposed in order to obtain a better practice effect. The training effect for the students and teachers were evaluated by the practice progress in recent years in the college of civil engineering of Henan University of Technology.
