做好大学生挫折教育是高校实现立德树人和思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。本文采用文献研究法,在充分解读大学生“知情意行”四维挫折教育模式的理论意蕴基础上,深入剖析当前部分大学生在挫折教育方面的现实困境,以进一步构建大学生“知情意行”有机统一的四维挫折教育模式,将大学生挫折心理过程中的“知情意”准确应用到抗挫折行动层面,使挫折教育既符合大学生身心发展规律,又符合大学生教育规律,以此适应党和国家事业发展需要,从而培养造就大批德才兼备、全面发展的高层次人才。

The frustration education for college students is a crucial part of moral education and ideological and political education in higher education.According to literature review and normative research, this paper expounds nowadays realistic predicament in frustration education, and then constructs a four-dimensional frustration education model of "Knowledge, Sentiment,Willingness and Behavior". This paper suggests that "Knowledge, Sentiment and Willingness" in the psychological process could be applied to precise anti-frustration behaviors;therefore, the frustration education will conform to the laws of college students" physical and mental development and academic achievement as well as cultivate undergraduates in a high-quality and comprehensive way ,which will contribute to the cause of our Party and nation.
