本科人才培养方案是专业建设的纲领性文件,具有十分重要的作用,它是专业与大学生之间的教育契约。专业编制培养目标和毕业,编制课程体系并开设课程,按照毕业学分审核学生的毕业条件。学生按照培养方案安排自己的学习计划,根据毕业要求明确自己应当达成的能力。专业认证非常看重培养方案,除了要求对培养方案的合理性进行定期评价之外,还提出了各种具体要求。编制培养方案需要满足认证标准在内的各种标准的要求,以学生为中心开展工作,平衡处理好各方面的问题,将厚基础宽口径教育、通专融合教育、学科交叉和创新实践等等各种教育思想都合理融入培养方案。培养方案的调研、分析、制定、管理和执行都是非常重要的教育环节,这些工作对编制团队的综合能力有较高的要求,编制团队的构成、培养方案审核流程、修改流程、公开方式和合理性评价都应当有严格的机制予以保证,以满足专业认证的要求。另一方面,培养方案也是人才培养新模式的载体,从实验班到成功经验的推广,需要培养方案的变化来体现。在大类招生改革的过程中,大类培养方案的编制可能涉及不同专业甚至不同学院之间的协调,各方面的需求和冲突将使这项工作将面临更多挑战。高等学校的师生应共同维护培养方案的严肃性和权威性,保证培养方案的全过程管理顺利进行,保证人才培养质量。
