高等教育是建设教育强国的龙头。高素质的教师队伍是实现高等教育提升的关键。发展即是国家需要,也是教师需要,是集体与个人的利益结合点。当前,党员教师在高校教师中的比重已达一半,发挥高校教师党支部的战斗堡垒作用,以“教师发展”为核心开展教师党支部组织生活,对促进党员教师的发展,提升支部活力有积极作用。针对当前党支部组织生活开展遇到的一些难点,提出了相应的组织生活质量提升理念,并将部分理念进行了实践。
