    在当前高速发展的经济和科技环境下,土木与建筑工程领域面临着不断涌现的新兴技术、创新方法和前沿理念,这也为该行业教育改革带来了新的挑战和机遇。然而,要在充分利用这些机遇并应对挑战的过程中,必须正视当前阶段交叉学科高级专业人才匮乏的现实状况。这一现状在相当程度上限制了复合人才的培养和交叉学科的发展。基于清华大学在土木与建筑工程领域中开设的相关系列课程的发展历程和定位变化,以新时代社会需求为导向,以培养具备跨领域综合素质和能力的强交叉人才为目标,探讨如何通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)课程建设来培养强交叉人才,形成了三位一体、为人师表、业精于勤、因材施教的育人理念,采用了科学原理和应用实践双驱动的教学设计,重新构建了教学大纲并编写高质量教材,注重培养学生对前沿领域的敏感性、跨学科思维和适应变化的能力,强调教学与科研的有机结合,实现科研促进教学、教学带动科研的双向互动效应,并建立教学团队为培养强交叉人才提供跨学科和跨领域的教学资源和专业指导。综合土木与建筑工程CAE课程建设和改革的基本经验,可为培养更多具备交叉学科背景的高级专业人才提供有力保障,从而推动土木与建筑工程学科在当前蓬勃发展的时代不断迈向新的高度。

    Abstract:

    In the current rapidly developing economic and technological environment, the field of civil and architectural engineering is faced with emerging technologies, innovative methods and cutting-edge ideas, which also brings new challenges and opportunities for education reform in the industry. However, in order to take full advantage of these opportunities and meet the challenges, we must face the reality of the current shortage of high-level interdisciplinary professionals. This situation limits the training of composite talents and the development of interdisciplinary disciplines to a considerable extent. Based on the development history and positioning changes of the relevant series of courses offered by Tsinghua University in the field of civil and architectural engineering, guided by the social needs of the new era and aiming at cultivating strong cross-disciplinary talents with comprehensive quality and ability in cross-fields, this paper discusses how to cultivate strong cross-disciplinary talents through the construction of computer-aided engineering (CAE) courses. It has formed the education concept of trinity, being a model for teachers, being diligent and teaching students according to their aptitude, adopted the teaching design driven by both scientific principles and applied practice, rebuilt the teaching syllabus and compiled high-quality textbooks, focused on cultivating students' sensitivity to frontier fields, interdisciplinary thinking and ability to adapt to changes, and emphasized the organic combination of teaching and scientific research. To realize the two-way interactive effect of scientific research promoting teaching and teaching driving scientific research, and establish a teaching team to provide interdisciplinary and cross-field teaching resources and professional guidance for cultivating strong cross-disciplinary talents. The basic experience of CAE course for civil and architectural engineering construction and reform can provide a strong guarantee for training more senior professionals with interdisciplinary background, so as to promote the civil and architectural engineering discipline to a new height in the current era of vigorous development.
