党的十八大以来，全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责成效显著，研究生教育不断向更高质量发展。新时代的研究生导师立德树人工作在贯彻落实党中央的各项决策部署中呈现出不断向上向好的发展态势，深入总结党的十八大以来落实研究生导师立德树人职责落实的主要举措和基本经验对指导未来的工作具有重要意义。新时代需要把握研究生成长规律，提升“引领力”、推进制度体系建设，稳固“支撑力”、构建导学共同体，体现“凝聚力”、创新协同育人机制，发挥“向心力”。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, significant progress has been made in fully implementing the responsibility of cultivating morality and talent among graduate supervisors, and graduate education has been continuously developing towards higher quality. In the new era, the work of cultivating morality and cultivating talents for graduate supervisors has shown a continuous upward trend in the implementation of various decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee. It is of great significance to thoroughly summarize the main measures and basic experiences taken since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to implement the responsibilities of cultivating morality and cultivating talents for graduate supervisors in guiding future work. In the new era, it is necessary to grasp the growth laws of graduate students, enhance their "leadership", promote the construction of institutional systems, stabilize their "support", build a guidance community, reflect their "cohesion", innovate collaborative education mechanisms, and exert their "centripetal force".
