    空间是生态文明建设的载体,国土空间规划是推进生态文明建设的关键举措。在城乡规划向国土空间规划不断迭代优化的过程中,规划编制的理念、重点与技术方法等也发生着相应的转变。为了在城乡规划专业本科国土空间总体规划课程教学中更好的落实生态文明思想,并解决当前教学结合新时代发展要求而转型所面临的问题和难点,不少建筑类院校都在积极的探索和实践。本文以昆明理工大学四年级本科生的国土空间总体规划教学为例,从教学目标、重点和内容三个方面探讨教学改革的总体思路,包括以生态文明思想为核心价值观的引领,拓展生态学与城乡规划学交叉的知识结构、加强地理信息系统等技术的应用。最后从资源环境承载能力评价和国土空间开发适宜性评价、“三区三线”划定、中心城区蓝绿空间规划等三个方面提供了教学改革实践路径与成果。以期为满足新时期城乡规划专业国土空间总体规划课程的教学要求提供可参考的实践路径。

    Abstract:

    The space is the carrier of ecological civilization construction and the priority of ecological civilization construction is the core value of the construction of territorial space planning system. In the process of integrating urban and rural planning into territorial space planning, the concept, focus and technical methods of planning preparation have also undergone corresponding changes. In order to better implement the idea of ecological civilization in the teaching of national space master planning course for undergraduates majoring in urban and rural planning; At the same time, in order to solve the key problems and difficulties in the transformation of current teaching in response to the development requirements of the new era, many architecture colleges have been actively exploring and practicing. This paper takes the teaching of the master planning of land and space of the fourth grade undergraduate of Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the specific measures of teaching reform, including the guidance of ecological civilization as the core value, the expansion of the knowledge structure of the intersection of ecology and urban and rural planning, and the strengthening of the application of GIS and other technologies. Finally, the teaching reform practice was demonstrated from three aspects: "evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability evaluation of land and space development", the delimitation of three zones and three lines, and the blue-green space planning of the central urban area, with a view to providing a practical path to meet the teaching requirements of the overall land and space planning course of urban and rural planning specialty in the new era.
