我国城乡建设由增量建设转入存量提质阶段,规划设计需要更为科学化、精细化、定量化的分析、评价与判断。本文从传统城市更新规划课程教学现状出发,以数字化技术对城市更新规划课程影响为线索,通过探索学生在前期调研、现状分析、方案生成和成果表达四个学习阶段中数字技术在城市更新课程中的运用,旨在培养学生数据挖掘与收集能力、数据分析能力、数据可视化与方案表达能力。基于课程实践来提高学生的创造性、专业能力和综合素质,促进人才培养思维由过去经验式感性设计向定量化理性分析转变。

The urban and rural construction of our country from the incremental construction into the stock improve the quality of the stage, the planning and design need to be more scientific, fine, quantitative analysis, evaluation and judgment.Starting from the current teaching situation of the traditional urban renewal planning course, this paper takes the influence of digital technology on the urban renewal planning course as the clue, and explores the application of digital technology in the urban renewal course in the four learning stages of preliminary investigation, status analysis, scheme generation and achievement expression. It aims to cultivate students" ability of data mining and collection, data analysis, data visualization and program expression. To improve students" creativity, professional ability and comprehensive quality based on curriculum practice, and promote the transformation of talent training thinking from past empirical perceptual design to quantitative rational analysis.
