    摘要:

    加强支部建设是新时代党的建设伟大工程的重要内容,如何发挥党支部的作用提升组织效率成为支部建设的关键问题。在党中央对科技强国提出越来越高要求的背景下,高校党支部建设显得尤为重要。通过探讨党员党性修养的影响因素,分析党性和人性的关系,生产关系对集体文化的塑造,传统文化中“因果报应、善有善报”等观念和正向反馈激励机制对人行为的影响,以及高等学校教师群体的人际特点和工作特征,构建以利益引导和正向激励为手段、塑造“良性反馈循环”微环境的正向激励机制,以提高党员党性修养为目标,解决组织效率提升等问题,提出加强支部建设和实现高校微观治理不断优化的可行方式。

    Abstract:

    Strengthening the construction of Party branches is an important part of the great project of Party building in the new era. How to play the role of party branches and improve organizational efficiency has become a key issue in the construction of party branches. Under the background that the Party Central Committee puts forward higher and higher requirements for scientific and technological power, the construction of university party branch is particularly important. By discussing the influencing factors of party spirit cultivation of Party members, analyzing the relationship between Party spirit and human nature, the shaping of collective culture by production relations, the influence of the concept of "karma, good karma" in traditional culture and positive feedback incentive mechanism on human behavior, and the interpersonal characteristics and working characteristics of college teachers. To construct a positive incentive mechanism with interest guidance and positive incentives as means, and to shape a "positive feedback loop" micro-environment, to improve party spirit cultivation of party members as the goal, to solve the problems of improving organizational efficiency, and put forward the feasible way to strengthen the branch construction and realize the continuous optimization of university micro-governance.
