当前高校研究生生在物质生活条件显著改善的新时代,不太愿意吃苦、特别是工科专业,毕业生选择企业、扎根工程现场的意愿不够强烈;而另一方面,现代企业面临着工程现场条件复杂的技术难题挑战,迫切需要大量高层次技术人才。针对该时代背景,重庆大学以资源与环境类专业学位点为例,探索了服务复杂工程人才需求的工科研究生价值引领育人体系。通过问卷调查,分析了工科研究生毕业不愿走向企业基层的原因;从理想信念、育知育德、榜样引领、工程实践、创新培养五个层面,构建了工科研究生价值引领育人体系,提出了利用高校当地红色文化资源、以及学位点服务行业特点,建构育人路径;并在重庆大学资源与安全学院进行了育人体系实践,取得了良好成效。

In the new era of significantly improved material living conditions, graduate students are reluctant to bear hardships, especially for engineering majors, graduates are not strong enough to choose enterprises and take root in the engineering site; on the other hand, modern enterprises are faced with the challenge of complex technical problems in the engineering site conditions, and urgently need a large number of high-level technical personnel. In view of this time background, Chongqing University takes the resource and environment majors as an example to explore the value-leading education system of engineering postgraduates that serves the needs of complex engineering talents. Conduct questionnaire survey to analyze the reasons why engineering graduate students are unwilling to go to the enterprise level; construct the value leading education system from ideal belief, knowledge, example guidance, engineering practice and innovation training, construct the characteristics of the university and the whole process education system in the College of Resources and Safety of Chongqing University, and achieved good results.
