伴随着研究生招生规模的持续扩大,地方院校承担着大部分研究生培养的责任。其中西部地方院校由于地域限制和资源的局限,面临着指导教师师资力量薄弱,学科同质竞争激励,学生创新能力不够等问题,如何保证研究生培养质量,是社会各界十分关注的问题。针对以上问题,本文以重庆科技学院智能技术与工程学院为例,专业硕士导师团队合作制度的内涵特征和实践路径,通过建立小团队大外围稳定的导师合作模式,弥补指导教师师资力量不足的问题;在此基础上,构建“3+2+1”学习的时间单元和多元协同措施,保障学生工程创新能力培养;然后搭建5维开放的学术研讨氛围,保持师生的创新活跃度,促进校内、校际和校企深度交叉融合,克服学科同质竞争的问题。专业硕士导师团队合作制的培养模式可为西部其他地方高校专业硕士研究生高质量培养提供参考解决方案。

With the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment, local colleges and universities bear the majority of the responsibility for graduate education. Due to geographical and resource limitations, local universities in the western region are facing problems such as weak guidance and teaching staff, homogeneous competition incentives in disciplines, and insufficient innovation ability of students. How to ensure the quality of graduate education is a concern of all sectors of society. In response to the above issues, this article takes the School of Intelligent Technology and Engineering at Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the connotation, characteristics, and practical paths of the professional master's supervisor team cooperation system. By establishing a stable mentor cooperation model with small teams and large peripherals, the problem of insufficient teaching staff for guiding teachers can be addressed; On this basis, construct a "3+2+1" learning time unit and diverse collaborative measures to ensure the cultivation of students' engineering innovation ability; Then, establish a 5-dimensional open academic discussion atmosphere, maintain the innovation activity of teachers and students, promote deep cross integration within the school, between schools, and between schools and enterprises, and overcome the problem of homogeneous competition in disciplines. The collaborative training model of professional master's supervisors can provide reference solutions for high-quality training of professional master's students in other universities in the western region.
