专业实践对工程管理硕士的实践创新能力育成有重要作用,但是现有的专业实践存在纵向欠搭接、横向缺纵深、内在无动力等问题。重庆大学基于上述问题,以实践创新能力育成进阶链条为理论框架,分别针对专业实践的准备阶段、实施阶段和应用阶段,建立了“知识要素融合、场景要素融合和成果要素融合”的专业实践体系,经过多年实践,该模式取得了显著的成效。

Professional practice plays an important role in cultivating the practical innovation ability of the Master of Engineering Management. However, the existing professional practice has some problems, such as vertical lack of overlap, horizontal lack of depth, internal lack of motivation and so on. Based on the above problems and taking the advanced chain of practical innovation ability as the theoretical framework, Chongqing University has established a professional practice system of "knowledge element fusion, scene element fusion and achievement element fusion" for the preparation stage, implementation stage and application stage of professional practice. After years of practice, this model has achieved remarkable results.
