    我国高等教育国际化起步较晚,留学生的培养目标和教学模式仍处于探索阶段,教学效果相对于本土学生仍有较大差距。首先归纳了当下留学生在专业教学活动中遇到的主要困难,从高校管理模式和教学方法层面探究产生上述问题的本质原因;其次结合土木工程的专业背景,拓展了“产出导向法”应用范围,提出了适用于土木工程专业的教学理念,教学假设和教学流程;再者以留学生工程地质课程为例,设计了符合“产出导向法”教育理念的混合教学模式,并对其教学效果进行论证。教学实践证明混合教学模式能够显著提高教学质量,同时受到留学生群体的广泛欢迎。相关成果可为进一步推进留学生工程教育改革和发展提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The internationalization of higher education in China started relatively lately, currently both the training objectives and teaching models of international students were still in the exploratory stage. In other words, there was still a big gap regarding the teaching effect between international and local students. In this study, initially the main difficulties encountered by international students in their professional teaching activities were summarized, followed by analysis on the causes of the above problems from the perspectives of college teaching mode. Secondly, combined with the professional background of civil engineering, the application scope of “ output-oriented method” was expanded. All the the teaching concept, teaching hypothesis and teaching process suitable for civil engineering specialty were put forward. Furthermore, taking the engineering geology course of international students as an example, a mixed teaching mode in line with the educational concept of “output-oriented method” was designed, and its teaching effect was demonstrated. The teaching practice has proved that the mixed teaching mode could significantly improve the teaching quality and was widely welcomed by the international students. The relevant results could provide reference for further promoting the reform and development of engineering education for international students.
