    摘要:

    面向土木类专业人才培养目标,通过挖掘并梳理我国重大土木、水利与交通工程建设中蕴藏的创新思维、工匠精神、职业伦理等思政元素,提出了“入门—巩固—提高—升华”的四阶段、“进阶式”土木类专业实践教学课程思政建设路径。采取“请进来”和“走出去”相结合的模式,将企业技术专家请进实践教学课堂,把学生送到重大工程建设一线,建立了校企融合课程思政教学模式。以“基建强国”“中国速度”等工程建设行业荣誉和技术创新成果为载体,提出了“开门见山”“榜样引领”“情景亲历”和“隐性渗透”等土木类专业实践教学课程思政教学方法。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the cultivating goal of civil engineering majors, this paper explores the ideological and political elements contained in the construction of large-scale civil, hydraulic and transportation engineering projects, such as innovative ideas, craftsmanship spirit and professional ethics, and develops a four-stage curriculum-based ideological and political construction path for the professional practice teaching of civil engineering majors, i.e. "entry - consolidation - improvement - sublimation". The strategy of combining "inviting in" and "going out" is developed to innovate the curriculum-based ideological and political teaching mode by integrating the role of university and enterprise. The enterprise technical experts or engineers are invited into university class as supervisors to guide the professional practice teaching, and the students are sent to the construction site of the large-scale projects. The honors belonging to China's engineering construction like "Infrastructure Powerhouse", "China Speed" and other major engineering construction achievements, as well as technological innovations are taken as the carriers to practice and put forward the curriculum-based ideological and political teaching methods for professional practice teaching of civil engineering majors, such as "getting straight to the point", "leading by role models", "scenario experience" and "implicit penetration".
