    在“新工科”和“国防科技创新”的时代背景下,社会对国防科技工程人才培养建设提出了新的要求,以往人才培养模式难以满足对具有跨学科能力、创新精神、实践经验、爱国情怀和全球化视野的综合型人才培养需求,欠缺之处表现为教学课程国防导向性弱、学生国防工程实践不足、国防教育工作重视度低,严重阻碍了国防科技工程的发展,难以满足现代化战争的技术和人才需求。 本文通过研究新时代人才培养模式存在的问题及其原因,分析国内专家学者针对这些问题的研究现状,提出从“融入国际思维、消除学科界限、革新教学方法”加快教学内容的国防导向性更新、从“激发创新潜能、联合军工企业” 培养学生的国防工程实践能力、从“厚植爱国之根、传授国防之学” 深化为国为民的国防思政教育,总共三个方面进行国防科技工程人才培养模式创新。 本文主要在以下两个方面做出拓展:其一,以国防科技工程为导向,推进面向军事工业技术的教学资源革新;其二,联合军工龙头企业,深化产教一体的育人路径。这些改革措施具有推动现代化军事技术创新、全方位培育卓越军事科技型人才、建设国防安全统一战线的意义。

    Abstract:

    In the context of the era of "new engineering" and "national defense science and technology innovation", the society has put forward new requirements for the training and construction of national defense science and technology engineering talents, and the previous talent training model is difficult to meet the needs of comprehensive talent training with interdisciplinary ability, innovative spirit, practical experience, patriotic feelings and global vision. The low degree of attention paid to national defense education has seriously hindered the development of national defense science and technology projects and made it difficult to meet the demand for technology and personnel for modern warfare. This paper analyzes the research status of domestic experts and scholars on these problems by studying the problems and causes of talent training in the new era, and proposes to accelerate the national defense-oriented update of teaching content from "integrating international thinking, eliminating disciplinary boundaries, and innovating teaching methods", from "stimulating innovation potential and uniting military enterprises" to cultivate students' practical ability of national defense engineering, and from "planting patriotic roots and teaching national defense learning" Deepen the national defense ideological and political education for the country and the people, and carry out innovation in the training mode of national defense science and technology engineering personnel in three aspects. This paper mainly expands in the following two aspects: first, to promote the innovation of teaching resources oriented to military industrial technology guided by national defense science and technology projects, and second, to unite leading enterprises in the military industry to deepen the education path of integration of industry and education. These reform measures are of great significance in promoting modern military technological innovation, cultivating outstanding military scientific and technological personnel in an all-round way, and building a united front for national defense and security.
