    摘要:

    课程思政对土木工程专业教学与人才培养提出了更高层次的要求,如何将专业教育和思政教育相融合,是建设高水平人才培养体系的要求。为提高土木工程抗震类课程的教学质量和教学效果,文章以土木工程抗震类课程当前教学中存在的问题为出发点,介绍引入思政元素开展课程改革的必要性和改革具体措施,旨在借助抗震典型案例为课程切入点激发学生坚守“四个自信”、借助抗震理论和技术发展深化学生科技革新使命感、借助振动台实验唤起学生工匠精神、借助“国之重器”激发学生“护航者”精神。在实际教学过程中,课程采用线上线下课程结合的授课方式,并且创新的加入观摩大型振动台实验的教学环节,进一步激发学生对抗震技术专业知识的兴趣和投身国家创新改革的热情。教学实践证明,新时代背景下理工科学生职业成长与国家建设的需求与强烈社会责任感紧密相连。通过课程改革,有助于提高课堂效率和效果,有助于激励学生培养敬业、精益、专注和创新的工匠精神和时刻心系家国的“护航者”精神,进而激发学生坚守科技是国之利器、国之依赖、国之根本,培养高质量的土木工程人才。

    Abstract:

    The curriculum of ideological and political education has put forward higher requirements for the teaching and talent cultivation of civil engineering majors. How to integrate professional education and ideological and political education is a requirement for building a high-level talent cultivation system. In order to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of civil engineering earthquake resistance courses, this article takes the current problems in the teaching of civil engineering earthquake resistance courses as the starting point, introduces the necessity and specific measures of introducing ideological and political elements to carry out curriculum reform, aiming to use typical earthquake resistance cases as the starting point of the course to inspire students to adhere to the " Four Matters of Confidence", deepen their sense of scientific and technological innovation mission with the help of earthquake resistance theory and technology development, awaken their craftsmanship spirit with vibration table experiments, and stimulate their "Guardian" spirit with the help of "National Important Tools". In the actual teaching process, the course adopts a combination of online and offline teaching methods, and innovatively incorporates the teaching process of observing large-scale vibration table experiments, further stimulating students' interest in seismic technology professional knowledge and enthusiasm for national innovation and reform. Teaching practice has proven that the career growth of science and engineering students in the new era is closely related to the needs of national construction and a strong sense of social responsibility. Through curriculum reform, it helps to improve classroom efficiency and effectiveness, inspire students to cultivate a spirit of dedication, lean, focused, and innovative craftsmanship, and a spirit of constantly caring for their country as " escort". This in turn inspires students to adhere to technology as a weapon, dependence, and foundation of the country, and cultivate high-quality civil engineering talents.
