With the continuous progress of internationalization of Chinese higher education, GPA derived from European and American university achievement evaluation system has become the main index of academic level evaluation of Chinese universities. In view of the typical problems existing in the course hundred-mark score and grade point conversion in Chinese colleges and universities, this paper puts forward two suggestions on scientific evaluation of learning results and promoting the integration of Chinese universities with European and American universities in the evaluation system of students" academic level.
