当前国内高校建筑类研究生培养模式已经在办学思想、课程模式、支撑体系等方面形成了自身特色,建立起了具有创新性和可持续性的人才培养模式。但是在高校德智融合教育实践中,部分德智教育仍未摆脱“功利之教”的思维影响,追求短期效益,功利化倾向较为明显,偏离了研究生教育立德树人的根本目的。因此,基于全面育人理念在研究生培养中的作用认识,围绕研究生教学培养方案,构建起了以学科发展为引领、德智双修为途径、三全育人为核心方法的建筑类研究生培养模式,从课程体系建设、教师教学路径、导师育人模式以及保障制度等多方面开展了讨论,来推动构建特色化的建筑类研究生综合培养模式,对培养培育德智双修的综合型人才具有重要现实意义。

At present, domestic universities and colleges of architecture graduate training mode has formed its own characteristics in the school ideology, curriculum mode, support system, etc., and established an innovative and sustainable personnel training mode. However, in the practice of moral and intellectual integration education in colleges and universities, part of the moral and intellectual education has not yet got rid of the influence of the thinking of "utilitarian teaching", the pursuit of short-term benefits, the tendency of utilitarianism is more obvious, and it deviates from the fundamental purpose of postgraduate education to build up people with moral character. Therefore, based on the understanding of the role of the concept of comprehensive education in postgraduate training, we have constructed an architectural postgraduate training model based on the postgraduate teaching and training program with the development of disciplines as the leader, the cultivation of virtue and wisdom as the way, and the three-pronged education as the core method, and we have carried out discussions on the construction of the curriculum system, the path of teachers, the tutor's education mode and the guarantee system to promote the construction of the characteristic architectural postgraduate training model. It is of great practical significance to cultivate comprehensive talents with moral and intellectual cultivation.
