    张务农? 李琳琳:生产力发展是教师教育变革的根本依据。新质生产力是生产力形态的系统性变革和生态优化,新质生产力不仅是生产物质要素的革新,也是发展理念的更新和思维方式的转变,这对教师教育的变革具有方法论意义。国优计划是教师教育变革和高质量发展的引领者,理应对发展新质生产力这一时代主题作出回应。研究认为,发展新质生产力对教师教育新型基础设施建设、课程变革、教师素质结构和教师培养模式方法都提出了新要求。作为回应,国优计划教师培养项目应发挥研究型大学优势,培养兼具创新精神和教育家精神的优秀教师;整合新质要素,融入数智化人才培养模式;改进教师教育管理体制机制,构建产研教学一体化教师培养模式;以及以新发展理念完善相应配套制度。

    Abstract:

    The development of productive forces is the fundamental basis for the reform of teacher education. New quality productivity is a systematic transformation and ecological optimization of the form of productivity. New quality production capacity is not only a reform of material production factors, but also a renewal of development concepts and a transformation of thinking methods. This has methodological significance for the transformation of teacher education. The National Excellent Program is a leader in the reform and high-quality development of teacher education, and should respond to the theme of developing new quality productive forces in this era. Research suggests that the development of new productive forces has put forward new requirements for the construction of new infrastructure for teacher education, curriculum reform, teacher quality structure, and teacher training models and methods. In response, the National Excellent Teacher Training Program should leverage the advantages of research-oriented universities to cultivate outstanding teachers who possess both innovative and educational spirit; Integrate new qualitative elements and integrate digital talent training models; Improve the management system and mechanism of teacher education, and construct an integrated teacher training model of industry, research and teaching; And improve corresponding supporting systems with new development concepts.
