Abstract:In order to serve the requirements of the national "dual carbon" strategy and new quality productivity, and focus on the needs of innovative talent cultivation, interdisciplinary integration is carried out to build a low-carbon driven, digital empowerment, and industry education integration talent cultivation system. A "one soul and four forces" innovative talent cultivation model with ideological and political education as the soul, main support, source power, strong assistance, and hard strength is formed. Digital teaching is integrated into various aspects of talent cultivation, aiming at green productivity, accelerating green technology innovation in the talent process, strengthening the construction of engineering practice innovation resource platforms, promoting the integration of "industry university research training and innovation", and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of talent cultivation of the Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering.
