    摘要:

    服务于国家“双碳”战略和新质生产力的要求,聚焦于创新性人才培养的需要,中国矿业大学建筑环境与能源应用工程专业在本科教育过程中开展学科交叉融合,构建低碳驱动、数字赋能、产教融合的人才培养体系,形成了以思政为灵魂、具备主撑力、源动力、强助力、硬实力的“一魂四力”创新人才培养模式,将数字化教学融入人才培养的各个环节,瞄准绿色生产力,在人才过程中贯彻加快绿色科技创新,强化工程实践创新能力的培养,推动了建环专业人才培养质量的不断提升。

    Abstract:

    In order to serve the requirements of the national "dual carbon" strategy and new quality productivity, and focus on the needs of innovative talent cultivation, interdisciplinary integration is carried out to build a low-carbon driven, digital empowerment, and industry education integration talent cultivation system. A "one soul and four forces" innovative talent cultivation model with ideological and political education as the soul, main support, source power, strong assistance, and hard strength is formed. Digital teaching is integrated into various aspects of talent cultivation, aiming at green productivity, accelerating green technology innovation in the talent process, strengthening the construction of engineering practice innovation resource platforms, promoting the integration of "industry university research training and innovation", and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of talent cultivation of the Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering.
