《土木工程材料》是我院设施工程专业本科学生的一门专业必修课,也是该专业学生获取专业基础知识技能的重要途径,在其岗位任职能力生成过程中起着关键性作用。本文对我院《土木工程材料》课程现存的不足和问题进行了探讨,分析了传统教育模式和理念下学生学习积极性不高,解决实际问题能力不强的原因,并重点解析了课程内容割裂,教学体系相互独立的问题。针对上述问题,概要阐述了推进课程由传统教育模式向体验式教学模式转化的基本思路,明确了“需求牵引”、“实践引发”和“思政服务”的基本建设思路。详细介绍了教学团队在推进课程体验式转型方面的具体做法,从教学理念、内容体系、思政设计和资源建设4个方面介绍了教学团队的创新经验。

As a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in Facility Engineering at our university, the study of Civil Engineering Materials, which plays a key role in the generation of job competency, is an important way for them to acquire basic professional knowledge and skill. This paper explores the existing shortcomings and problems of the course "Civil Engineering Materials" in our college, analyzes the reasons for students' low learning enthusiasm and weak ability to solve practical problems under traditional education models and concepts, and focuses on the problems of fragmented course content and independent teaching systems. In response to the above issues, the basic ideas for promoting the transformation of curriculum from traditional education mode to experiential teaching mode is outlined, and the basic construction ideas of "demand driven", "practice driven" and "ideological and political service" are clarified. Finally, this paper provides a detailed introduction to the specific practices of the teaching team in promoting experiential transformation of the curriculum, and introduces the innovative experience of the teaching team from teaching philosophy, content system, ideological and political design and resource construction.
