    摘要:

    智能建造与新型建筑工业化协同发展是建筑业发展的主要任务,BIM技术作为其关键技术,引领我国建设行业开展科技革命,为高校BIM技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对目前BIM技术人才培养面临BIM技术学用差距较大、育人元素难以支撑育人目标、国产软件育人参与度不足等问题,对标工程教育专业认证标准打造了“两中心-四目标-三集群-四主线-一资源-四反馈-两融合”人才培养模式,促进产教、科教融合,适应新工科背景下的土建类行业改革需求。

    Abstract:

    The coordinated development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization is the main task of the development of construction industry. BIM technology, as its key technology, leads the construction industry in our country to carry out a scientific and technological revolution, and puts forward new requirements for the training of BIM technology talents in colleges and universities. In view of the current problems in BIM technology talent training, such as the large gap between BIM technology learning and application, the difficulty of educating elements to support the goal of educating people, and the lack of participation in the education of domestic software, the talent training model of "two centers - four goals - three clusters - four main lines - one resource - four feedback - two integration" has been created for the professional certification standard of engineering education to promote the integration of production and education and science and education. Adapt to the new engineering background of civil engineering industry reform needs.
