    摘要:

    新质生产力作为推动我国经济社会转型升级的重要力量,其核心在于科技创新,而创新人才则是这一进程中的关键驱动力。地方高校传统工科专业,作为培养未来工程技术人才的重要基地,如何在新质生产力的浪潮中,孕育出更多具备创新思维与实践能力的新型人才,是其实现内涵式发展的关键。本文深入剖析了当前工科专业本科生创新能力培养面临的挑战,提出了“多维拓展、多阶递进、多科融合、多元协同”的复合交叉型创新人才培养模式,旨在为国家与地方经济的产业升级和新质生产力发展提供坚实的人才支撑。

    Abstract:

    As an important force to promote China's economic and social transformation and upgrading, the core of new quality productivity lies in scientific and technological innovation, and innovative talents are the key driving force in this process. Traditional engineering majors in local universities are an important base for training future engineering and technical talents, how to nurture more new talents with innovative thinking and practical ability in the wave of new quality productivity is the key to achieving connotative development. This paper deeply analyzes the current challenges faced by the innovation ability cultivation of engineering undergraduates, and proposes a compound and cross-cutting innovative talent training model of "multi-dimensional expansion, multi-stage progression, multi-discipline integration, and multi-collaboration", aiming to provide solid talent support for the industrial upgrading and development of new productive forces of the national and local economies.
