Abstract:With the continuous progress of the digital transformation of education in China, in recent years, the cultivation and improvement of teachers' digital accomplishment have been highly valued by numerous universities and researchers. The digital accomplishment of university teachers has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of university teacher development in the new era. The research literature on the digital accomplishment of university teachers has shown a trend of rapid growth. Systematically reviewing and summarizing the current situation of the research on the digital accomplishment of university teachers is conducive to better carrying out relevant research and practical work in the future. Taking 144 articles on the digital accomplishment of university teachers published in the Peking University Chinese Core Database and the Nanjing University CSSCI Database from 2006 - 2024 as research samples, this paper systematically reviews and comments on the current research situation of the digital accomplishment of university teachers. Using the visual literature analysis software CiteSpace, the overall situation of the research on the digital accomplishment of university teachers is analyzed from the perspectives of the number of literatures, research institutions, and research authors. Through keyword clustering analysis and literature review, the hot research topics are summarized. Through the analysis of the keyword timeline map, the historical evolution of relevant research is sorted out. Finally, the future research directions are prospected. The research results show that: in recent years, the number of literatures on the digital accomplishment of university teachers has gradually increased, especially after the implementation of the digital transformation strategy in education was emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the relevant research has increased significantly; the hot research topics mainly involve four aspects: the connotation and framework of the digital accomplishment of university teachers, the cultivation path, evaluation and measurement, and improvement strategies; the historical evolution of relevant research is a process of continuous expansion and deepening, and shows a strong research momentum. Finally, the future research trends in the field of the digital accomplishment of university teachers are prospected.
