    在研究生培养体系改革的背景下,"双一流"高校如何通过产教融合培养高水平专业学位研究生,成为其未来发展的重点任务之一。本文借鉴法国工程师培养体系,构建了包含认知实习、研究实习和工程师实习的6.5年中法产教融合培养框架,剖析其精英化培养理念与特色优势。研究表明,该模式通过深度整合教育资源与产业需求,旨在培育兼具国际视野与创新能力的复合型人才。实证数据显示,学生理论实践能力显著提升,职业适应性与创新能力增强,对中法高等教育的双向互动产生积极影响。此外,文章针对当前挑战提出优化建议,包括完善校企协同机制、强化研究性实践环节等,以提升培养质量与效率。研究结果为“双一流”高校产教融合模式的创新提供了理论与实践参考,为专业学位研究生教育改革提供了有益的借鉴与思路。

    Abstract:

    In the context of graduate education reform, cultivating high-level professional degree graduates through industry-education integration has become a key task for the future development of "Double First-Class" universities. Drawing on the French engineer training system, this paper constructs a 6.5-year Sino-French industry-education integration training framework that includes cognitive internships, research internships, and engineer internships. It analyzes the elite training philosophy and distinctive advantages of this model. The study finds that the model aims to cultivate compound talents with an international perspective and innovative capabilities by deeply integrating educational resources with industry demands. Empirical research shows that the model effectively promotes the synchronous improvement of students' theoretical and practical abilities, enhances their occupational adaptability and innovation capabilities, and has a positive impact on the bidirectional development of Sino-French higher education. The paper also analyzes the implementation effects of the Sino-French cooperative industry-education integration training model and proposes optimization suggestions to address current challenges, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of the training model. The research results provide theoretical and practical references for the innovation of industry-education integration training models in "Double First-Class" universities and offer valuable insights for the reform of professional degree graduate education.
