    新时代对研究生的思想政治教育提出了新的要求,推动高校思政教育理念新探索、新发展。基于土木工程研究生的“学科思政”教育实践,强调了将思政元素全面融入专业教学、实践活动以及评价体系中的重要性。通过构建学科发展与思想政治教育的联动机制,有效地促进研究生内化思想政治教育理念,使之成为学生的自主思考和自觉行动。基于当前我国土木工程研究生思政教育中存在的育人广度、深度及维度等问题,提出了通过加强团队建设、优化育人过程和改进评价机制等途径来深化土木工程研究生的“学科思政”,促进研究生在德、智、体、美、劳各方面的全面发展。为土木工程的研究生教育提供了新的视角和方法,也为其他学科领域的思政教育提供了可借鉴的经验和启示。

    Abstract:

    The new era has put forward new requirements for postgraduate ideological and political education, promoting new exploration and development of ideological and political education concepts in universities. Based on the educational practice of “ideological and political education through disciplines” of civil engineering postgraduates, it emphasizes the importance of integrating ideological and political elements into professional teaching, practical activities, and evaluation systems. Constructing a linkage mechanism between disciplinary development and ideological and political education effectively promotes postgraduates to internalize the concepts of ideological and political education concepts and make it become the students" independent thinking and conscious action. Based on the current civil engineering postgraduate ideological education in China, there are problems such as insufficient cultivation breadth, depth, and dimension. It proposed to deepen the “ideological and political education through disciplines” of civil engineering postgraduates by strengthening team construction, optimizing the nurturing process, and improving the evaluation mechanism to promote the overall development of students’ morality, intellectuality, physicality, aesthetics, and other aspects. It provides new perspectives and methods for postgraduate education in civil engineering and referable experiences and insights for ideological and political education in other disciplines.
