    随着土木工程和计算机行业的持续发展与交叉,适应建筑工业化需求的智能建造专业应运而生,该专业具有技术融合、贯穿全周期、高度自动化和节能减排等特点。与传统土木工程专业相比,智能建造专业在有限的课时内需要融合土木工程与智能化技术,学生在结构设计方面常存在结构概念不清和实例理解不足的情况。本文结合智能建造专业的特点,为了更好地指导学生高效完成毕业设计,提出创新的教学指导方案:引入装配式建筑结构设计与施工虚拟仿真实验平台,在传统的指导方式中融合虚拟仿真教学,并采用产学合作和协同育人的多维化指导方法,帮助学生搭建系统性框架,梳理清晰的设计流程。通过这一教学改革,帮助学生更好掌握装配式建筑的设计方法与施工流程,确保毕业设计成果达到预期标准。通过实践证明,结合虚拟仿真教学的多维化指导方法对智能建造专业的毕业设计起到了积极促进作用,取得了显著成果,也为今后相关毕设指导提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, with the development and progress of the civil engineering and computer industries, the field of intelligent construction has emerged to meet the needs of industrialized construction. The major of intelligent construction is characterized by technological integration, spanning the entire life cycle of building, high automation, and energy conservation. In response to these characteristics, tailored guidance programs have been developed for graduation design teaching innovation, practice, and exploration. Compared to traditional civil engineering major, students in intelligent construction need to learn a combination of civil engineering and smart technology within limited class hours. As a result, their targeted learning depth may be lacking which leads to conceptual confusion and insufficient understanding of examples when it comes to structural design. This can make it difficult for students to start their graduation design projects. To address this issue in graduation design teaching guidance for this major, an innovative approach combining virtual simulation teaching with prefabricated building structure design and construction virtual simulation experimental teaching platforms has been proposed. Additionally, multidimensional guidance methods involving collaboration between enterprises and universities and collaborative education are utilized to help students establish systematic frameworks and clarify design processes. This further enables students to deepen their understanding of prefabricated architectural structure components as well as simulate learning experiences related to construction applications. Ultimately, this ensures efficient completion of graduation project plans. Through this teaching practical experience in graduation design project, using multi-dimensional teaching guidance integrated virtual simulation instruction methods have proven effective in promoting and guiding graduation designs focused on residential building aspects within the field of intelligent construction major. The graduation guidance based on this teaching method has achieved excellent results, and the accumulated teaching practice experience can provide a good reference for the subsequent relevant teaching and graduation design guidance.
