    寒区城市更新建设对复合型人才培养提出了更高要求,为此,本文围绕智能建造技术在东北寒区城市更新中的应用,分析了案例化教学改革的必要性与内涵,提出了通过案例化教学培养复合型人才的方案,设计了课堂型、研究型和实践型三线并行的案例化教学模式:课堂型案例依托课程讲解高性能结构和智能建造技术,研究型案例结合实际工程项目探索寒区智能施工技术,实践型案例通过实地考察使学生更好理解新型技术的工程应用。同时,本文还提出了通过构建多样化案例库、完善评价机制和反馈系统,以确保案例化教学具有较好的实用性与前瞻性。通过此教学模式,显著提升了学生的工程实践能力和技术创新意识,为寒区城市更新复合型人才培养以及案例化教学改革提供了科学的路径和范例,有望推动案例化教学改革在复杂工程学科中的实施和应用。

    Abstract:

    Urban renewal in cold regions has raised higher demands for the cultivation of compound talents. Therefore, this paper focuses on the application of intelligent construction technology in urban renewal in Northeast China’s cold regions, analyzing the necessity and connotation of case-based teaching reform. It proposes a plan for cultivating compound talents through case-based teaching and designs a three-pronged case-based teaching method that includes class-based, research-based, and practice-based approaches. The class-based cases rely on course explanations of high-performance structures and intelligent construction skills; the research-based cases explore intelligent construction issues and technologies in cold regions through actual engineering projects, and the practice-based cases help students better understand the engineering applications of new technologies through field visits. At the same time, this paper also proposes the construction of a diverse case library, the improvement of evaluation mechanisms, and the establishment of feedback systems to ensure that case-based teaching method is practical and forward-looking. Through this teaching method, the practical abilities and innovation awareness of students have been improved, and providing a scientific path and example for cultivating compound talents in urban renewal for cold regions and for case-based teaching reform, which is expected to promote the application of case-based teaching reforms in complex engineering disciplines.
