    摘要:

    随着“双碳”目标的制定,各行各业对“双碳”人才的需求正在迅速扩大,碳中和领域面临高层次创新人才短缺的局面。本文以学科高度交叉融合和产学研融会贯通为导向,结合西安建筑科技大学建筑技术科学方向研究生人才培养实践,从培养方案、课程体系、科研训练模式、导师团队建设、产学研平台和质量保证体系等方面探索“双碳”背景下建筑碳中和人才培养的具体举措,制定兼具“整体性、差异性和延续性”的培养方案,构建“基础与前沿并重,模块和层次清晰”的建筑碳中和课程体系;采用“学科互补,高效协同”的建筑碳中和人才培养导师指导模式,形成“项目引领,需求出发,聚焦明确,注重实证”的科研训练模式;打造“产-学-研”融会贯通的建筑碳中和创新人才培养支撑平台以及智慧赋能、虚实结合的碳中和人才培养资源体系;构建“分层分类,互动反馈”的质量保障体系和评价机制,为建筑碳中和人才培养提供全方位的支撑和保障。

    Abstract:

    The " dual carbon " goal was formulated, which led to a rapid expansion of the demand for " dual carbon " talents in all walks of life. Currently, the field of carbon neutrality faces a shortage of high-level innovative talents. Based on high-level interdisciplinary integration and the integration of industry-university-research, and combined with the training practice of graduate talents in the direction of building technology science at Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, exploration is carried out on specific measures for carbon-neutral talents in buildings under the background of "dual carbon". The exploration covered aspects such as the training program, curriculum system, scientific research training mode, tutor team construction, industry-university-research platform, and quality assurance system. A training program featuring integrity, distinctiveness, and continuity was developed, and a building-carbon-neutrality curriculum system with "equal emphasis on foundation and frontier, clear modules and levels" has been constructed. The scientific research training mode formed was "project leading, demand starting, focus clear, pay attention to the demonstration", and the construction carbon neutral talent training tutor guidance mode was " subject complementary and efficient coordination ". It has created a support platform for building carbon-neutral innovative talent training integrating "production, learning and research" and a carbon-neutral talent training resource system combining virtual and real resources. A quality assurance system and an evaluation mechanism featuring "hierarchical classification and interactive feedback" were constructed to provide all-around support and guarantee for the training of carbon-neutral talents in buildings.
