    在土木工程行业整体升级转型的关键时期,针对“智能建造”专业建设和人才培养模式问题,西南交通大学以土木工程国家一流学科为基础,探索智能建造专业人才培养发展需求趋势和智能建造人才内涵,形成了工程智能建造专业人才培养目标,依托隧道工程智能建造方向人才培养实践,在培养体系、育人机制、课程体系、实践教学体系、教师创新胜任力提升等方面不断实践探索。总结出“土”字形知识结构、“建造为本”核心能力智能建造人才内涵;探索了以优势学科协同智能建造专业培养体系、科教和产教双融合的协同育人机制、基于工程教育认证背景的课程体系、智能元素全过程融入实践体系建设、智慧赋能教师创新胜任力提升和“创新工作室”人才实践能力培养为亮点的人才培养模式,为土木工程智能建造专业人才培养提供了可资借鉴的改革方向与实践经验。

    Abstract:

    During the critical period of the overall upgrading and transformation of the civil engineering industry, in view of the issues of "intelligent construction" major construction and talent training model, Southwest Jiaotong University, based on the national first - class discipline of civil engineering, analyzed the development trend of the demand for intelligent construction professional talent training and the connotation of intelligent construction talents, formed the school"s intelligent construction professional talent training objectives, relying on the talent training practice in the direction of tunnel engineering intelligent construction, continuously practiced and explored in terms of training system, education mechanism, curriculum system, practical teaching system, and improvement of teachers" innovative competence. Summarized the 土- shaped knowledge structure and the connotation of intelligent construction talents with "construction - oriented" core capabilities; explored the talent training model
