    摘要:

    新工科专业是强调实用性、交叉性与综合性的新兴工科专业。毕业设计作为本科教育中培养学生综合能力的重要环节,目前尚缺乏能够全面契合新工科专业人才培养目标的教学模式。本文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,探讨了新工科专业本科毕业设计教学模式创新,主要包括设计多学科交叉的毕业设计选题、组织非线性学习的毕业设计过程、形成全方位展示的毕业设计成果等方面。以华中科技大学2024届智能建造专业为例,介绍了这些创新内容及其成效。超过90%的学生对该模式表达了高度认可和积极反馈。通过系统化的训练,智能建造专业学生不仅掌握了相关技术手段,还在创新思维与能力方面得到了显著提升,进一步推动了专业能力的全面发展。本文探索的模式创新为其他新工科专业的毕业设计教学与人才培养提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    New engineering disciplines emphasize practicality, interdisciplinarity, and comprehensiveness. The graduation project is a crucial phase in undergraduate education for developing students" comprehensive abilities. However, there is a lack of a graduation project teaching model that fully meets the talent training goals of the new engineering discipline in Intelligent Construction. Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, this study explores innovations in the graduation project teaching model, including designing interdisciplinary topics for the graduation project, organizing a nonlinear learning process, and forming a comprehensive presentation of the graduation project results. Using the 2024 cohort of the Intelligent Construction program at Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example, this study introduces these innovations and their outcomes. Over 90% of students expressed strong approval and positive feedback on this model. Through systematic training, students in the Intelligent Construction program not only master technical skills but also develop innovative thinking and innovation capabilities, thereby further advancing their overall professional development. The innovative model explored in this study provides valuable references for the graduation project and talent training efforts in other new engineering disciplines.
