    摘要:

    为满足城市地下空间工程专业高素质人才培养需求,西安建筑科技大学与东南大学联合调研了毕业生工作情况及其对城市地下空间工程专业的人才需求及办学要求。调研表明:省属本科高校是地下工程行业的主要人才供给源,国有企业是主要就业去向,且业务类型以施工为核心;现行培养方案需优化,实践教学的合理性尚存分歧;行业对建造师和技术员需求突出,同时注重毕业生的综合素质;用人单位高度关注专业对口和职业资格证书,学生干部经历也是重要参考。毕业生职业道德整体表现良好但能力水平分化明显,创新意识也需进一步加强。针对上述问题,高校可从完善培养方案、改进实践教学安排、培养创新意识、强化职业发展支持、优化职业培训体系等方面入手,提升毕业生的职业适应性,以更好地满足行业对人才的需求。

    Abstract:

    To meet the demand for high-quality talent in Urban Underground Space Engineering (UUSE), Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology and Southeast University jointly conducted a survey on employment situation of graduates and talent and educational requirements. The survey shows that provincial-level undergraduate universities are the main talent supply source, state-owned enterprises are the primary employment destination and business types center on construction. The talent cultivation program needs optimization, and there are disagreements on the rationality of practical teaching. Enterprises have a prominent demand for constructors and technicians, while also emphasizing the comprehensive quality of graduates. Employers pay close attention to professional relevance and professional qualification certificates. The experience of student cadres is also an important reference. The overall performance of professional ethics of graduates is good, but the differentiation of ability level is obvious, and the consciousness of innovation needs to be further strengthened. To address these issues, universities can enhance career development support, refine the talent cultivation program, improve practical teaching, foster innovation awareness, and optimize vocational training systems. These measures will enhance the professional adaptability of graduates.
