    摘要:

    为了应对全球气候变化加剧,推进社会绿色低碳发展,新工科建设对土木类研究生绿色人才培养也提出更高的要求。针对当前土木类研究生培养体系中存在的绿色低碳内容碎片化、实践教学薄弱、评价体系单一等问题,以“新工科”理念为指导,系统探索了土木工程研究生绿色人才培养创新路径。通过分析现有课程体系在绿色建筑设计、可持续材料应用以及碳排放评估与管理等方面的不足,提出基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技术和生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)课程体系重构策略,强调跨学科融合与项目式实践教学模式。研究构建“理论-工具-项目”的递进式培养框架,结合校企合作机制与多元化评价体系,以提升学生的绿色低碳设计能力、工具应用水平及跨学科协作能力。此外,提出了持续改进机制以保障人才培养质量,为土木工程领域输送具备绿色意识与实践能力的复合型人才提供理论与实践参考。

    Abstract:

    Under the pressing demands of global climate change and green low-carbon development,the civil engineering field urgently requires high-level interdisciplinary talents equipped with green and low-carbon concepts. Addressing the issues of fragmented green education content,weak practical teaching,and singular evaluation systems in current postgraduate cultivation systems for civil engineering,this study systematically explores innovative approaches for cultivating green-low-carbon interdisciplinary talents guided by the "Emerging Engineering Education" philosophy. Through analyzing deficiencies in existing curriculum systems regarding green building design,sustainable material applications, and carbon emission assessment/management,this paper proposes a curriculum reconstruction strategy based on BIM technology and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), emphasizing interdisciplinary integration and project-based practical teaching. The research establishes a progressive "theory-tool-project" cultivation framework,incorporating university-industry collaboration mechanisms and a diversified evaluation system to enhance students" green design capabilities,technical application proficiency,and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Furthermore,a continuous improvement mechanism is proposed to ensure talent cultivation quality,providing theoretical and practical references for developing compound professionals with both environmental awareness and practical competencies in civil engineering.
