    摘要:

    针对传统《桥梁抗震设计》课程中存在的学习自主性差、创新意识薄弱等问题,以“新工科+OBE+课程思政”为导向,从“学生-教师-企业”三维主体出发聚焦需求,构建“理论教学-工程伦理-产教融合-创新实践”四维体系。通过整合抗震技术前沿、采用多元教学及考核模式、深度探索“思政融合+科教融合+产教融合”的“三融合”人才培养模式,实现知识传授与价值引领的同频共振。实践表明,课程教学质量与学生创新能力实现有效提升,可为土木工程专业新工科人才培养提供了有效的实践路径与借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Addressing the issues of low learning autonomy and weak innovative awareness in the traditional “Bridge Seismic Design” course, this study, guided by the principles of “New Engineering + OBE + Curricular Ideology and Politics”, adopts a tripartite perspective (“Students - Teachers – Industry”) to identify core needs. It subsequently constructs a four-dimensional framework encompassing “theoretical teaching, engineering ethics, industry-education integration, and innovative practice”. By incorporating cutting-edge seismic technologies, implementing diverse teaching and assessment methods, and exploring a “Three-Integrations” model (integrating ideological and political education, science-education synergy, and industry-education collaboration), the reform achieves a synergy between knowledge impartation and value guidance. Practice demonstrates that these measures effectively enhance both teaching quality and students’ innovative capabilities, offering a valuable practical path and reference for cultivating new engineering talent in civil engineering.
