    “十四五”以来,我国工科研究生学术创新水平取得突破性进展,但工程实践能力较弱,到用人单位后短期内无法直接融入生产,职业胜任力较低,严重阻碍了我国工科研究生的高质量培养。本文系统总结了高校培养工程类研究生职业胜任力实践场景的封闭性、知识体系的静态性、评价标准的单一性三大核心短板,剖析了高校企业联合培养工程类研究生职业胜任力面临的培养目标存在错位、协同机制整合低效、发展路径缺失动力问题;围绕需求供给动态协同机制、产研一体资源融合平台、主体驱动能力成长机制,提出了“产研融合”提升工程类研究生职业胜任力的构建思路及实施路线;最后以实例总结分析了“产研融合”培养模式初步建设成效与经验,研究成果对提升工程类研究生职业胜任力培养质量具有指导与借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Since the launch of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the academic innovation level of engineering postgraduates in China has made breakthrough progress. However, their engineering practice ability is relatively weak. After entering the workplace, they cannot be directly integrated into production in the short term, and their professional competence is low, which seriously hinders the high-quality cultivation of engineering postgraduates in China. This article systematically summarizes the three core shortcomings of the practical scenarios for cultivating the professional competence of engineering postgraduates in colleges and universities, namely the closed nature of the knowledge system, the static nature of the knowledge system, and the single nature of the evaluation standards. It also analyzes the problems faced by the joint cultivation of professional competence of engineering postgraduates by colleges and universities and enterprises, such as the misalignment of the training goals, the inefficient integration of the collaborative mechanism, and the lack of impetus in the development path. Centering on the dynamic coordination mechanism of demand and supply, the integrated resource platform of industry and research, and the growth mechanism of subject-driven capabilities, the construction ideas and implementation routes for enhancing the professional competence of engineering postgraduates through "industry-research integration" have been proposed. Finally, the initial construction achievements and experiences of the "industry-research integration" training model were summarized and analyzed through examples. The research results have guiding and reference significance for improving the quality of professional competence training for engineering postgraduates.
