科产教融合赋能防灾减灾工程课群本科毕业论文(设计)模式研究——以全国重点实验室大型仪器应用为例

    本科毕业论文(设计)作为本科教育的最后且最重要一课,不仅是检验学生掌握本专业理论知识基本技能和创新精神的重要环节,也是检验高校本科教学水平和人才培养质量的重要指标。然而,传统毕业论文(设计)模式存在选题实用价值低、过程监督不到位、成果转化困难等一系列问题。同济大学土木工程学院结构防灾减灾工程系以全国重点实验室大型仪器应用为例,提出了科产教融合赋能本科毕业论文(设计)模式,从优化选题设计、革新教学方式、强化进度管控、落实成果转化四个方面对毕业论文(设计)工作进行教学改革。这种新模式在一篇本科毕业论文上获得了成功的实践,表明其不仅能够助力人才全面发展,在项目管理与工程设计、沟通表达与团队合作、专业知识与问题分析方面提升学生综合能力,还可为土木工程专业建设提供经验借鉴。针对新模式在实践中暴露的问题,论文也进行了深入的反思并给出了相应的完善措施。

    Abstract:

    The undergraduate thesis (design), as the final and most important step in undergraduate education, serves not only as a crucial means to test students" mastery of fundamental theoretical knowledge, essential professional skills, and innovation spirit, but also as a key indicator for assessing the quality of undergraduate teaching and talent cultivation in higher education institutions. Yet, the traditional undergraduate thesis (design) mode suffers from a series of problems, such as topics lacking practical value, insufficient process supervision, and difficulties in translating outcomes into practical applications. In response, the Department of Disaster Mitigation for Structures, Collage of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, has proposed an undergraduate thesis (design) mode empowered by integration of Science-Industry-Education, using the application of large-scale instruments in the State Key Laboratory as a case study. It drives education reform in work through four key aspects: optimizing topic selection, innovating teaching methodologies, enhancing progress supervision, and implementing the translation of research outcomes. The successful application of this new mode in an undergraduate thesis demonstrates that this new mode not only fosters well-rounded talent development—enhancing students" comprehensive abilities in project management and engineering design, communication and teamwork, as well as professional knowledge and problem analysis—but also provides valuable references and experiences for the specialty construction of civil engineering. In response to problems identified during implementation of the new mode, the paper conducts in-depth reflection and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
