    传统村落是我国农耕文明的重要载体,然而留存的古建筑保护工作正面临着严峻的人才和教育资源匮乏、公众意识薄弱及保护模式单一等结构性挑战。亟待构建一个系统性、可持续的保护和发展新范式。本文提出以数字技术为支撑、教育赋能为核心的金字塔式模型,构建“学术研究—教育转化—大众传播”全链条知识流动体系:塔尖层跨学科研究平台的地域适应性技术研发、塔身层则从多维职业教育体系创新、塔基层多元传播机制创新以及各层的反馈协调机制建立,实现学术、教育与公众需求的精准对接。结合地方办学实际,开展该模型的实践探索,形成可复制、可推广的教育范式。破解传统保护实践中知识生产与传播脱节、技能人才培养与公众参与不足等核心矛盾,为乡村古建筑保护提供系统性解决方案。

    Abstract:

    Traditional villages serve as significant carriers of Chinese agricultural civilization, yet the conservation of ancient buildings faces severe structural challenges such as a lack of talents and educational resources, weak public awareness, and a single conservation model. It is imperative to establish a systematic and sustainable new paradigm for the protection and development of these villages. This paper proposed a pyramid model supported by digital technology and concentrated on educational empowerment, which constructed a comprehensive knowledge flow system encompassing "academic research—educational transformation—public dissemination": the top layer, dedicated to interdisciplinary research platforms, focused on regional adaptation technology development; the middle layer innovated in multi-dimensional vocational education systems; and the base layer introduced innovative multi-channel dissemination mechanism, along with the establishment of feedback and coordination mechanisms at each level. Practical explorations of the mechanisms are conducted in accordance with the actual conditions of local school-running, yielding a replicable and promotable educational paradigm.The mechanism aimed to resolve core contradictions within traditional conservation practices, such as the disconnection between knowledge production and dissemination, and the insufficient cultivation of skilled personnel and participation of the public. Meanwhile, the mechanism provided a systematic solution for the conservation of ancient buildings in rural areas.
