    在人工智能、BIM、“双碳”战略与智慧城市建设等多重因素驱动下,土木工程教育面临知识体系滞后、价值引领不足与能力结构失衡的挑战。为实现范式转型,构建“智能融合—价值引领—能力重构”三维框架。智能融合层通过AI、BIM、虚拟仿真等技术与课程深度耦合,实现教学内容与方法的智能化重构;价值引领层构建“‘家国情怀—工匠精神—生态意识’三阶课程思政体系”,实现价值教育的分层递进;能力重构层基于OBE-CDIO理念,形成可测度的综合能力标准。通过课程体系立体化重构、教学方法融合式创新、师资队伍复合型建设与实践平台虚实协同发展,四维路径协同推进改革实践。结果表明,技术赋能与价值引领的协同机制有效促进了学生从知识掌握向能力生成与价值内化的跃迁。最终提出“技术理性—价值理性—实践理性”动态平衡的教育生态模型,形成“智能技术工具箱+工程伦理思维+可持续发展视野”的复合型人才培养体系。该范式为土木工程教育的数字化转型提供可复制的理论框架与实施路径,对推动工程教育范式变革具有重要理论价值与实践意义。

    Abstract:

    Driven by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and BIM are systematically reconfiguring the production and management models of the civil engineering industry. Coupled with major national demands such as the "dual carbon" strategy, the "Belt and Road Initiative", rural revitalization, and smart city construction, new requirements for "technology-ethics-responsibility" tridimensional composite capabilities have been placed on civil engineering talents. The traditional knowledge-oriented education model is difficult to meet the demands of high-quality development. Based on the research and analysis of civil engineering education theories and practices in recent years, a three-dimensional education transformation framework under the guidance of the "new engineering" concept is constructed: the intelligent integration layer realizes the deep coupling of AI/BIM technologies and professional courses; the value guidance layer explores the collaborative education mechanism of course-based ideological and political education and engineering ethics; the ability reconstruction layer establishes a dual-driven ability standard system of OBE-CDIO. Through the four-dimensional paths of curriculum system reconstruction, innovative blended teaching, construction of a three-stage course-based ideological and political education system, and upgrading of virtual-real integration practice platforms, the reform is advanced, revealing the inherent laws of collaborative education of technology empowerment and value guidance. The study proposes a new educational ecosystem model of dynamic balance between "technical rationality - value rationality - practical rationality", emphasizing the construction of a composite talent cultivation system of "intelligent technology toolbox + engineering ethics thinking + sustainable development vision". This paradigm provides a replicable theoretical framework and implementation path for the digital transformation of civil engineering education and has significant theoretical value and practical significance for the deep transformation of engineering education paradigms.
