Abstract:To meet the demand for innovative and creative talents in the development of new quality productive forces, and in response to the current problems of graduation design topics in civil engineering being disconnected from the industry’s cutting-edge, guidance focusing on process control, and evaluation emphasizing completion, through paths such as the transformation of research projects into topics, mutual selection between teachers and students, and collaborative training from undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral levels, A guarantee mechanism was established from three aspects: the full-process infiltration of scientific research thinking, the open sharing of laboratories, and the reconstruction of innovation-oriented evaluation. An empirical study on the teaching of scientific research feeding back to graduation theses was carried out. Teaching practice shows that 100% of the students who participated in the feedback have achieved early employment, and the satisfaction of employers with their innovation ability has significantly increased. Students taking the postgraduate entrance examination have achieved the pre-cultivation of scientific research literacy and academic ability, and have received focused training from their supervisors. It provides a feasible path for cultivating “people who can read well” into “people who can create well”.
