    随着“双碳”目标(碳达峰与碳中和)纳入国家绿色低碳发展战略体系,交通土建领域已成为碳排放的重点领域。相关研究报告显示,交通领域碳排放约占全国总碳排放的10%-15%,其中土建工程碳排放占交通领域总排放的30%-40%,对具备“双碳”创新能力的复合型人才需求呈爆发式增长。然而,当前人才培养体系存在三大核心矛盾,一是社会对 “双碳” 人才创新能力构成的认知碎片化,尚未形成统一的知识框架;二是传统实践创新平台与“双碳”技术需求脱节,难以支撑智能建造、绿色建材等新兴领域教学;三是实践教学活动“粗放化”,与“双碳”人才精准培养目标不匹配。因此,本文以西南交通大学土木工程学院为实践载体,构建以“六精”为主线的“双碳”创新能力培育体系;通过精准调研交通土建行业“双碳”技术痛点,形成“知识-能力-素养”三维能力矩阵;精细设计“理论+实践+创新”三阶课程体系,重构实践教学模块;精心打造“双碳融创中心”,整合跨学科教学资源;精要制定“双碳学分+低碳积分”双激励机制,激发师生参与积极性;精巧组织多维度科创活动,构建“竞赛-项目-转化”链条;精确建立多维度评价反馈机制,形成培育闭环。经过多年实践,该模式使学生参与“双碳”相关科研项目比例从21%提升至58%,获国家级“双碳”类科创奖项数量增长翻倍,为交通强国战略下“双碳”人才培养提供可复制、可推广的实践范式。

    Abstract:

    With the integration of the "Dual Carbon" goals (Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality) into the national green and low-carbon development strategy system, the transportation civil engineering field has become a key area for carbon emissions. Relevant research reports indicate that carbon emissions from the transportation sector account for approximately 10%-15% of the nation"s total carbon emissions, with civil engineering projects contributing 30%-40% of the emissions within the transportation sector. This has led to an explosive growth in the demand for interdisciplinary talents possessing "Dual Carbon" innovation capabilities. However, the current talent cultivation system faces three core contradictions: firstly, societal understanding of the composition of "Dual Carbon" talents" innovation capability is fragmented, lacking a unified knowledge framework; secondly, traditional practical innovation platforms are disconnected from the technical demands of "Dual Carbon," struggling to support teaching in emerging fields such as intelligent construction and green building materials; thirdly, practical teaching activities are often "extensive" and do not align with the precise cultivation objectives for "Dual Carbon" talents. Therefore, this paper, taking the School of Civil Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University as a practical case, constructs a "Dual Carbon" innovation capability cultivation system centered around a "Six Refinements" approach. This is achieved through: precise investigation of the technical pain points related to "Dual Carbon" in the transportation civil engineering industry, forming a three-dimensional capability matrix of "Knowledge-Ability-Competence"; refined design of a three-stage curriculum system integrating "Theory + Practice + Innovation," restructuring practical teaching modules; meticulous establishment of a "Dual Carbon Integration and Innovation Center" to consolidate interdisciplinary teaching resources; essential development of a dual incentive mechanism combining "Dual Carbon Credits + Low-Carbon Points" to stimulate participation enthusiasm among teachers and students; skillful organization of multidimensional scientific innovation activities, building a "Competition-Project-Transformation" chain; and precise establishment of a multidimensional evaluation and feedback mechanism to form a closed loop for cultivation. Through years of practice, this model has increased the proportion of students participating in "Dual Carbon"-related research projects from 21% to 58%, and the number of national-level "Dual Carbon" scientific innovation awards received has doubled annually on average, providing a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for cultivating "Dual Carbon" talents under the Transportation Power Strategy.
