    摘要:

    高校劳动教育是构建大学生德智体美劳全面全面发展体系中的关键环节,对于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有极强的战略意义。大别山精神是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要内容,其“坚守信念、胸怀全局、团结一心、勇当前锋”的精神内涵与高校劳动教育在价值目标、内容要素和功能导向上高度契合,将大别山精神深度融入高校劳动教育“树德”“增智”“健体”“育人”四个阶段,能够有效化解当前高校劳动教育面临的“有劳动无教育”、“有教育无劳动”的窘境。推动大别山精神融入高校劳动教育,不仅是弘扬革命文化、赓续红色血脉的必然要求,更是提升劳动教育育人实效、创新育人模式的战略选择。

    Abstract:

    Labor education in universities is a key link in building a comprehensive development system for college students in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills. It has strong strategic significance for cultivating new talents who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. The spirit of the Dabie Mountains is an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the people of the CPC. Its spiritual connotation of "adhering to faith, having an overall vision, unity, and being the vanguard" is highly consistent with the value objectives, content elements, and functional orientation of college labor education. Deeply integrating the spirit of the Dabie Mountains into the four stages of college labor education, namely, "moral cultivation", "intellectual enhancement", "physical fitness", and "education", can effectively resolve the dilemma of "labor without education" and "education without labor" currently faced by college labor education. Promoting the integration of the spirit of the Dabie Mountains into labor education in universities is not only a necessary requirement for promoting revolutionary culture and continuing the red bloodline, but also a strategic choice to enhance the effectiveness of labor education and innovate the mode of education.
